摘要
目的研究微量元素检测联合红细胞参数对不同程度缺铁性贫血的诊断价值。方法将2016年1月至2017年5月我院血液科鉴定为缺铁性贫血(IDA)的患者102例根据《血液病诊断及疗效标准》分为重度IDA、中度IDA及轻度IDA。选择同期来我院进行体检的35例健康者为对照组。检测并比较四组受检者微量元素水平及血液红细胞参数。结果重度、中度及轻度IDA患者的铁、锌水平显著低于对照组,且重度IDA患者显著低于轻度、中度1DA患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度、中度、轻度IDA患者的MCV、MCH及MCHC均显著低于对照组,RDW显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度IDA患者MCV及MCHC均显著低于中度、轻度IDA患者,RDW显著高于中度、轻度IDA患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微量元素联合红细胞参数检测对不同程度缺铁性贫血的诊断具有重要的临床意义,值得推广和应用。
        Objective To study the diagnostic value of trace elements dection combined with erythrocyte parameters in different degrees of iron deficiency anemia. Methods From January 2016 to May 2017, 102 patients were diagnosed as iron deficiency anemia(IDA) according to the criteria for diagnosis and treatment of hematological diseases were divided into severe IDA, moderate IDA and mild IDA. A total of 35 cases healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as control group. The levels of trace elements and erythrocyte parameters in the four groups were detected and compared. Results The levels of iron and zinc in severe, moderate and mild IDA patients were significantly lower than those in the control group, while those in severe IDA patients were significantly lower than mild and moderate IDA patients, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The MCV, MCH and MCHC in severe, moderate and mild IDA patients were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the RDW were significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05); the MCV and MCHC in severe IDA patients were significantly lower than those in moderate and mild IDA patients, and the RDW were significantly higher than those in moderate and mild IDA patients, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of trace elements combined with erythrocyte parameters has important clinical significance in the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia of different degrees, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
