涂片检查在细菌培养中的应用

摘要
目的探讨涂片检查在细菌培养中的应用。方法分析胸科医院2016年1月至2017年7月临床送检的微生物标本共计996例,对送检标本进行涂片染色镜检。结果通过涂片筛查不合格标本207例,涂片培养结果二者相符合的742例,涂片培养结果不相符的47例。结论涂片染色在细菌培养中的作用,一是筛查标本合格性,二是快速发现病原体为临床提供诊断依据。
Objective To explore the application of smear examination in bacterial cultuer. Methods In this paper, 996 cases of microbial specimens wereexamined in 2016 years from January to 2017, and a total of cases of song were examined. Result According to the 742 cases of tupian, the results of smeartraining were in accordance with the results of tupian, and 47 cases were not consistent with the results of the smear training. Conclusion The effect of smearexamination on bacterial cultuer, 1 is the screening of qualifiedsex, 2 is the rapid discovery of the pathogen as a clinicao basis for diagnosis.
