摘要
为了提高T型三电平逆变器的并网电流质量,加快并网逆变器系统的动态响应速度,提高稳态控制精度,研究一种基于D-Σ数字控制的并网电流控制方法。根据T型三电平逆变器的单相等效电路,建立T型三电平逆变器的暂态数学模型,深入分析D-Σ数字控制原理,提出电网中性点与直流侧中点之间共模电压的预估方法,对比分析D-Σ数字控制与传统无差拍控制的动静态性能。通过仿真和实验研究证明了D-Σ数字控制的有效性和共模电压预估的正确性,充分展示了该算法优良的动静态性能。
        In this paper,a grid-connected current control based on D-Σ digital control is studied to improve the grid-connected performance of three-level T-type inverter,accelerate the dynamic response speed and improve the steady state control accuracy of the grid-connected inverter system.The transient mathematical model is established according to the single-phase equivalent circuit of the three-level T-type inverter.The principle of D-Σ digital control is deeply analyzed,and an estimation method of common-mode voltage between neutral point of the power grid and neutral-point of the DC bus is proposed.The dynamic and static performance of D-Σ digital control is compared with that of traditional deadbeat control.The validity of D-Σ digital control and the correctness of the common-mode voltage estimation are proved by simulations and experiments,which demonstrates the excellent dynamic and static performance of the algorithm.
