摘要
目的:探究自制简易脊柱影像定位装置在脊柱手术中应用及其效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年8月收治的胸腰椎新鲜骨折手术患者40例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,一组为新型组(20例),另一组为传统组(20例)。传统组采用传统定位,新型组采用自制简易脊柱影像定位装置,比较两组患者的整体应用效果。结果:在定位时间、透视次数、标记点到参考点的距离方面,新型组分别为(12.31±1.25)min、(2.56±1.42)次、(29.86±3.28)mm,传统组分别为(25.16±3.47)min、(6.27±2.03)次、(38.64±5.19)mm,新型组均少(短)于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在放射反应发生率和患者的满意度方面,新型组分别为5.0%、90.0%,传统组分别为30.0%、60.0%,新型组放射反应发生率要更低,患者满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制简易脊柱影响定位装置应用在脊柱手术中,可以提升定位的效率,提高定位的准确性,减少放射反应的发生,容易或者患者的认可。
        Objective:To explore the application and effect of homemade simple spinal image positioning device in spinal surgery. Methods: A total of 40 cases of patients with thoracolumbar fresh fractures treated from January 2017 to August 2018 were selected as study objects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method. One group was a new type group(20 cases), and the other group was a traditional group(20 cases). Traditional positioning was adopted in the traditional group, while the new group used the self-made simple spine image positioning device. The overall application effect of the two groups was compared. Results: In terms of positioning time, fluoroscopy number, and distance from the marker to the reference point, the new group was(12.31±1.25) min,(2.56±1.42) times,(29.86±3.28) mm, and the traditional group was(25.16±3.47) min,(6.27±2.03) times,(38.64±5.19) mm, respectively. And the new group was less or shorter than the traditional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In terms of the incidence rate of radiation response and patient satisfaction, the new group was 5.0 % and 90.0 % respectively, while the traditional group was 30.0 % and 60.0 % respectively. The new group had significantly lower incidence of radiation response and significantly higher patient satisfaction, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of the self-made simple spinal impact positioning device in spinal surgery can promote the efficiency of positioning, improve the accuracy of positioning, reduce the occurrence of radiation reactions, and is easy to be accepted by patients.
