基于培养卓越医生的“四导”思政育人模式探究

摘要
高等医学院校思想政治工作肩负着培养德才兼备、全面发展的祖国医疗卫生事业接班人的重任。本文结合高校思政工作"立德树人"根本目标和卓越医生培养目标,坚持把思想政治教育和医德培养贯穿教育教学全过程,从医学生特殊的专业属性、职业属性和工作实际出发,从思想引导、学涯督导、心理辅导、行为善导四个维度构建"四导"医学生思政育人项目模式,在实际工作中取得不错效果。
Ideological and political work in higher medical colleges shoulders the responsibility of cultivating successors of medical and health undertakings in China who have both morality and ability and all-round development. Based on the ideological work of colleges and universities fundamental goal and outstanding doctor training objectives, adhere to the ideological and political education and medical ethics training through the education teaching process. From the special professional attributes, work attributes, and medical students to practical work, the article builds the ideological and political education model of "four guidance" for medical students' from thought guiding, the supervision of the learning career, psychological counseling and the behavior. Good results have been achieved in practical work.
