摘要
目的探讨微量元素碘、硒、铜、硒与甲状腺乳头状癌相关性。方法收集新疆医科大学第一附属医院2017年12月-2018年10月在甲状腺外科经病理诊断为甲状腺乳头状癌和结节性甲状腺肿的患者各200例,同期收取健康人群200例。检测3组术前甲状腺功能、甲状腺自身抗体、尿碘、血硒、血铜和血锌水平并进行统计学分析。结果三组患者的尿碘、血硒、血铜、血锌经检验,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。分别将三组的四项做两两比较,结甲组与甲癌组患者的尿碘、血硒、血铜、血锌对比经检验,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结甲组与健康组患者的尿碘、血硒、血锌对比经检验,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲癌组与健康组的患者尿碘、血硒、血铜、血锌对比经检验,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论性别、尿碘、血硒是甲状腺乳头状癌发病的危险因素。
        Objective To investigate the correlation between trace elements iodine, selenium, copper and selenium and thyroid papillary carcinom.Methods To Collected the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university in December 2017 to October 2018 in thyroid surgical pathologic diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma and nodular goiter patients 200 cases respectively, During the same period, 200 healthy people were collected. The preoperative thyroid function, thyroid autoantibodies, urinary iodine, blood selenium,blood copper and blood zinc levels in the three groups were detected and statistically analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences in urine iodine, blood selenium, blood copper and blood zinc among the three groups(P < 0.05).Four items of the three groups were paged for comparison, the comparison of urine iodine, blood selenium, blood copper blood zinc between the Nodular thyroid group and the PTC group showed statistical significance(P < 0.05).The comparison of urinary iodine, blood selenium and blood zinc between the Nodular thyroid group and healthy group showed statistical significance(P < 0.05).The comparison of urine iodine, blood selenium,blood copper blood zinc between the PTC group and the healthy group showed statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion Gender,urine iodine and blood selenium are risk factors of thyroid papillary carcinoma.
