摘要
羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)具有良好的水溶、分散、增稠、保水和成膜性能,可用于药品的包衣,本试验将其用于种子包衣用成膜剂,采用标准测试方法,设置4个不同HPMC添加浓度,测定其成膜时间、包衣均匀度、包衣脱落率、发芽率等。结果表明,添加5%HPMC成膜效果最佳,成膜时间6 min,包衣均匀度98.5%,脱落率为2.8%,7 d发芽率为90.1%,说明HPMC可作为玉米种子的包衣成膜材料。
Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)has good water solubility,dispersion,thickening,and water and film-forming properties,it could be used for drug coating.The experiment studied the application performance of HPMC as seed membrane-forming agent,4 different HPMC concentration were set to test the film-forming time,coating uniformity,coating peeling rate,and maize seed germination rate.The results showed that 5%HPMC was the best film,the film time was 6 minutes,the coating uniformity rate was 98.5%,the shedding rate was 2.8%,and 7 d germination rate was 90.1%,indicating that HPMC could be used as the coating material for maize seeds.
