摘要

在原有移动式反渗透淡化装置的设计基础上,从预处理配置、高压泵选型、箱体外壳、检修通道等方面进行了改进,开发出集成度更高的箱柜式反渗透淡化装置。介绍了该装置的性能、特点和设计要点,除具备原有移动式淡化装置的使用性能以外,使同等处理规模装置的体积缩小了1/2以上。考虑实际应用需求,箱柜式淡化装置的设计产水规模一般在5～55 m~3/d。
        Based on the design of the original mobile reverse osmosis desalination device, a more integrated cabinet reverse osmosis desalination device was developed with improvements in pretreatment configuration, selection of high pressure pump, casing and maintenance of the channel. The performance,characteristics and design point of the device were introduced, in addition to having the performance of the original mobile desalination device, the volume reduced by half with equivalent device. Considering the practical application requirements, the designed scale of the cabinet desalination device is generally 5～55 m~3/d.
