摘要
在低电压控制高电压输出技术中,电磁继电器存在开关动作迟缓、触点易抖动和抗干扰能力弱的问题。依据双极型三极管的开关特性和光耦的光电能量转换原理,提出了一种直流固态继电器的电路实现方法,并对实际电路进行了测试。分析结果表明,该电路能够实现弱电对较强电压的通断控制,具有开关动作快,带负载能力强,导通时间短(可达到1 ms)的优点。目前,该技术已成功应用于某地震勘探模拟爆炸机的自主研发电路设计中。
Owing to the disadvantages of electromagnetic relay,including slow switch action,quivery contact and weak anti-interference ability in low voltage control high voltage output system,a new direct current solid state relay circuit was proposed base on switching characteristics of bipolar junction transistor and photoelectric energy conversion principle of optocoupler,and the actual circuit was tested. The experimental results show that the circuit can realize the function that low voltage controls the on and off of high voltage power. Furthermore,it owes the advantages of fast switch action,strong load capacity and fast action accuracy switch can reach 1 ms. At the moment,the system is successfully applied in the homebred circuit design of simulation explosion device used in seismic exploration.
