摘要
目的比较干预前后大学生对艾滋病相关知识-态度-行为的变化情况,为当前大学生艾滋病的预防提供针对性建议。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取榆林市学院在校大学生742人,对其进行持续两年的艾滋病知识健康干预,于2015年(干预前)和2017年(干预后)进行统一的艾滋病知识问卷调查,并评价干预效果。结果大学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率从干预前的48. 5%提高到干预后的98. 8%,正确态度持有率及行为改善率明显提高,尤其是安全套的使用率从12. 1%提高到93. 4%。结论卫生疾控部门联合高校共同参与的、持续的、形式多样的艾滋病知识宣传教育是开展大学生艾滋病健康教育的一项有效措施。
        Objective To compare the changes of AIDS-related knowledge-attitude-behavior among college students before and after the intervention,and to provide targeted suggestions for the prevention and treatment of AIDS among current college students. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used. A total of 742 undergraduate college students from Yulin College were selected for a two-year AIDS prevention and treatment intervention. A unified AIDS prevention questionnaire was conducted in 2015( before intervention) and 2017( after intervention),and the intervention effect was evaluated. Results The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among college students increased from 48. 5% before the intervention to 98. 8% after the intervention. The correct attitude holding rate and behavior improvement rate have improved significantly. Especially,the use of condoms has increased from 12. 1% to 93. 4%. Conclusion The health and disease control department and the continuous and diverse forms of AIDS knowledge publicity and education jointly participated by universities are an effective measure to carry out AIDS health education for college students.
