摘要

大力加强双师型教师队伍建设,已经成为社会和教育界共同的呼声。由此可知,《专业应用型高校双师型教师队伍建设的研究》这一课题具有重要的研究意义。为此,笔者从双师型教师的相关含义解析入手,对建设专业应用型高校双师型教师队伍的重要性进行了深入的分析,并在此基础上全方位、深层次地探究了专业应用型高校双师型教师队伍建设现状,最后关于完善专业应用型高校双师型教师队伍建设工作的策略,笔者给出了具有代表性的个人建议。
        It has become a common call of the society and education circle to strengthen the construction of "double qualified teachers".It can be seen that the research on the construction of double qualified teachers in specialized applied universities is of great significance.To this end,the author starts with the related meaning parsing of double type teachers,the construction of the importance of double qualified teachers in colleges and universities has carried on the thorough analysis,and based on this comprehensive,deeply explores the double qualified teachers team construction situation,finally about perfect double qualified teachers team construction strategy,the author presents the typical personal advice.
