摘要
以生长健壮的红翅槭枝条为材料,研究不同激素类型及浓度、扦插季节、插穗木质化程度和取材部位对红翅槭扦插生根的影响。结果表明,吲哚丁酸(IBA),GGR生根粉和萘乙酸(NAA)对红翅槭绿枝扦插生根有显著促进作用,IBA处理生根率略好于GGR,显著高于NAA处理,2000 mg/LIBA和GGR生根粉是红翅槭绿枝扦插适宜浓度。5-6月份扦插效果最佳,其次9月份,12月份硬枝扦插效果最差;5-6月份,2000 mg/L IBA处理,生根率达到80%以上。插条木质化程度和取材部位对红翅槭扦插影响显著,半木质化嫩梢生根率最高,其次为半木质化茎段,2 a生木质化顶梢和1 a生未木质化嫩梢生根率最差。扦插生根苗移栽成活率达到95.33%,长势良好。
        The branch of Acer fabri with strong growth was used as cutting material to study the effect of the type,concentration level of different exogenous hormones,cutting season,lignification and location of cuttings of Acer fabri on cutting rootage.The results show that the rooting ability of Acer fabri cuttings in the treatments of IBA(indole butyric acid),GGR ABT and NAA(1-naphthyl acetic acid) were significantly higher than those of controlled group,among which the treatment of IBA performed the best.The optimum IBA and GGR ABT concentration for greenwood cutting of Acer fabri was 2000 mg/L.The rooting ability was also significantly affected by the season.The rooting ability of cuttings is much higher in May,June than in September or December.Rooting rate of cutting was up to 80% at the concentration levels of 2000 mg/LIBA and GGR.The rooting ability was also significantly affected by lignification and location of cuttings.The rooting ability of semilignified apical shoots was significantly higher than that of lignified stem pieces,biennial lignified shoots and no-lignified apical shoots.The survival rate of cuttings rooting seedlings reached 95.33%,and the growth was robust.
