摘要
目的:探讨吸烟对西藏藏族男性体成分的影响。方法:采用整群随机的抽样方法选取拉萨地区20~60岁藏族男性为研究对象,按年龄分为低年龄组(20~39岁)和高年龄组(40~60岁)。利用问卷对其吸烟情况进行调查,再利用MC-180体成分分析仪对研究对象的肌肉量、脂肪量、推定骨量、身体水分、蛋白质等身体成分进行测定。获得有效样本433例,其中低年龄组186例(吸烟115例,非吸烟71例)、高年龄组247例(吸烟141例,非吸烟106例)。结果:在低年龄组,吸烟组与非吸烟组各项身体成分含量无显著性差异;但在高年龄组,吸烟组与非吸烟组的全身、躯干肌肉量,左、右上肢肌肉量,去脂体质量、身体水分、细胞内液、细胞外液、推定骨量含量有显著性差异,且均低于非吸烟组。结论:吸烟对人体身体成分的含量有影响,会使身体成分的含量降低。
        Objective:To explore the effect of smoking on the body composition of Tibetan men in Tibet.Methods:Using cluster random sampling method,Tibetan males aged 20 to 60 in Lhasa were selected as the subjects,and were divided into lower age group(20-39 years old)and higher age group(40-60 years old).The smoking status was investigated by questionnaire.The muscle mass,fat content,presumed bone mass,body moisture,protein and other body components of the subjects were measured by MC-180 body composition analyzer.A total of 433 effective samples were obtained,including 186 cases in the lower age group(115 cases of smoking,71 cases of non-smoking)and 247 cases in the higher age group(141 cases of smoking and 106 cases of non-smoking).Results:In the lower age group,there was no significant difference between smoking group and non-smoking group in the content of body composition.In the older group,there were significant differences between smoking group and non-smoking group in the body muscle mass,trunk muscle,left upper limb muscle mass,right upper limb muscle mass,lean body weight,body moisture,intracellular fluid,extracellular fluid and presumed bone mass,and these values of the smoking group were lower than those in non-smoking group.Conclusion:Smoking has an effect on the content of body composition,which will reduce the content of body composition.
