摘要
目的测定不同种类饮用水在煮沸后放置不同时间后其硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量的动态变化情况。方法用离子色谱仪分别检测桶装水、自来水和纯净水3种水的原样品、煮沸后、煮沸后3 min、6 h、24 h、48 h和72 h后的硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的含量,应用SPSS17.0软件分析3种不同饮用水煮沸后放置不同时间硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量的变化。结果桶装水、纯净水和自来水分别在煮沸后放置24、72和6 h以后其亚硝酸盐含量与刚煮沸时亚硝酸盐含量差异有统计学意义。结论3种饮用水煮沸放置一定时间后,其硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量会有所增加,但在放置72 h内均符合国家标准,可以安全饮用。
        Objective To determine the dynamic changes of nitrate and nitrite content at different standing time in different kinds of boiled drinking water.Methods Ion chromatograph was used to determine the content of nitrate and nitrite in original samples of barreled water,tap-water,and purified water.And the content was also measured after the three kinds of water mentioned above were boiled,along with that at the standing time of 3 minutes,6 hours,24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours after boiling.The changes of nitrate and nitrite content in the three kinds of boiled drinking water samples at different standing time were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.Results The nitrite content of barreled water,purified water and tap-water at the standing time of 24,72 and 6 h after boiling was significantly different from that of the three kinds of boiling water.Conclusion The nitrate and nitrite content of the three kinds of drinking water increases for a certain period of time after boiling,but within 72 hours of putting aside,the content is in line with national standards,the three kinds of boiled drinking water can be safe to drink.
