胰十二指肠切除术中处理肝总动脉变异1例报告

摘要
<正>胰十二指肠切除术(pancreaticoduodenectomy,PD)是Vater壶腹周围恶性肿瘤及部分良性肿瘤手术治疗的标准术式~([1]),手术区域解剖关系复杂,术中充分解剖主要血管,明确血管变异对降低术后并发症及预后具有重要意义。现将本院收治的因
