含海洋中药补益膏方的配伍规律探析

摘要
目的:整理分析历代记载的含海洋中药的补益膏方的配伍规律,促进临床应用。方法:通过收集膏方丛书以及检索相关文献,筛选出了216首含海洋中药的膏方,抽取相关信息并对数据进行标准化整理,录入中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5),分析含海洋中药补益膏方的用药规律。结果:216首膏方中,涉及中药412味,总用药频次3 257次,其中海洋药物的总用药频次为292次,海洋中药总频次8.965%。每首方剂中海洋药物出现频率最高的是1～3味,使用频次最高的海洋中药是牡蛎;得出了5种核心药物组合,均以牡蛎为核心药物进行配伍。组方中以温性、寒性,甘味,归肝、肾两经中药为主。结论:含海洋中药补益膏方的配伍和临床应用有一定特色,研究结果为海洋中药在补益膏方中进一步研发提供基础。
Objective: To mine the compatibility rules of supplementing and boosting ointment of tradition Chinese marine medicine accumulated during the development, and to provide the data supporting the clinical application. Methods:Through collection on Herbal Paste of Book Series and searching in related literatures, the results showed that 216 supplementing and boosting ointmentcontaining Chinese marine materia medica prescriptions were screened. The related information was extracted and standardized for the initial data mining. Thetraditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform software V2.5 was used to analyze the compatibility rules of supplementing and boosting ointment containing tradition Chinese marine medicine.Results: In 216 ointment, 412 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were involved, and the total frequency of medication was3 257 times. The total frequency of marine medicine was 292 times, and the total frequency of marine Chinese medicines was8.965%. The highest frequency of Chinese marine materia medica in one prescription was 1 to 3 types.The Chinese marine materia medica used with the highest frequency in all prescriptions was Concha ostreae. Association rules analysis concluded that there were 5 groups of commonly used Concha ostreae as core for compatibility. The medicine properties of the prescriptions were mainly warm, cold. The taste was mainly sweet. The meridian distributions were mainly liver, kidney. Conclusion: The compatibility rules of supplementingand boosting ointment containing tradition Chinese marine medicine and clinical application have a certain characteristic, which provides data foundation for the further research and development of supplementingand boosting ointment containing tradition Chinese marine medicine.
