摘要
近年来随着研究的不断深入,有学者提出肿瘤的发生与肿瘤干细胞密切相关。肿瘤干细胞是一类具有自我更新、无限增殖分化、高致瘤性和耐药性的细胞。基于肿瘤干细胞理论学者认为肺癌干细胞是肺癌起病、耐药、休眠、复发的根源。中医药在治疗肺癌干细胞方面具有副作用低、疗效突出以及靶向治疗的优势已经被认可,目前中医药治疗肺癌干细胞已经成为又一研究热点。本文就中医药对肺癌干细胞的影响展开综述。
        In recent years, with the deepening of research, some scholars have suggested that the occurrence of tumors is closely related to cancer stem cells. Cancer stem cells are a type of cells with self-renewal, infinite proliferation, high tumorigenicity, and drug resistance. Based on cancer stem cell theorists, lung cancer stem cells are the root cause of onset, drug resistance, dormancy, and recurrence of lung cancer. Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of low side-effects, outstanding curative effect, and targeted treatment in the treatment of lung cancer stem cells. It has been recognized that Chinese medicine treatment of lung cancer stem cells has become another research hot spot. This article reviews the impact of Chinese medicine on lung cancer stem cells.
