常绿果树体细胞胚胎发生体系研究进展

摘要
通过总结国内外常绿果树体胚发生体系研究现状,介绍了体细胞胚胎发生体系的建立,综述了体细胞胚胎发生过程的主要影响因素、生理生化机制及遗传稳定性的研究进展,提出目前体细胞胚胎发生体系研究存在的问题和今后展望,以期为今后常绿果树体胚发生体系研究及实际应用提供参考价值。
        The advance of the somatic embryogenesis system of evergreen fruit trees was introduced from the research status at home and abroad, and the establishment, main factors, physiological and biochemical mechanism and genetic stability were also introduced.The existing problems and future prospects of somatic embryogenesis in order to provide a reference value for future evergreen tree somatic embryogenesis system research and application were discussed.
