图书馆少儿阅读服务新探索——基于Fishbein修正模型的跨界应用

摘要
以解释用户个体消费行为普适化的Fishbein模型为理论基础,通过描述Fishbein修正模型的内涵,分析其跨界应用于图书馆少儿阅读服务的可能性,探索图书馆少儿阅读服务的新架构与新机制。即在基于精细化感知、兴趣激活与互动沟通三大服务模块的新架构下,通过捕捉用户需求痛点、引发读者阅读兴趣、提升用户阅读服务体验促进图书馆少儿阅读服务的良性发展。
Based on the ubiquitous Fishbein model that explains the individual consumer behavior of users,this paper attempts to further describe the connotation of Fishbein modified model and analyses the possibility of applying it to library children reading services,and explores a new structure and mechanism of library children reading services:under the new framework based on the 3 service modules of refined perception,interest activation and interactive communication,it can promote the virtuous development of library children reading services by capturing the pain points of user demands,arousing readers' interest in reading,and improving users' reading service experience.
