摘要
针对某钢厂炼钢车间一台钢水包在生产使用过程中发生本体大面积熔损的情况,通过对损坏部位的检测分析,采取挖补、焊接、热处理消应力等工艺方法进行修复处理,确保该了设备能够继续安全使用。
In view of the large area melting loss of a ladle in a steelmaking workshop of a steel plant in the process of production and use,through the detection and analysis of the damaged parts,the repair treatment is carried out by digging,welding,heat treatment and stress relief,so as to ensure that the equipment can continue to be used safely.
