基于物联网技术的大学生体质健康监测管理研究

摘要
在我国青少年体质持续下降的现实面前,国家高度重视大学生体质健康监测管理工作。利用高科技保证信息收集的有效性、数据处理的规范性、测试结果的准确性、健康评价的科学性,理应成为新时代大学生体质健康监测的发展方向,物联网技术的快速发展为这一趋势的实现提供了重要支撑。笔者采用文献综述与归纳演绎等方法,明确了物联网技术下大学生体质健康监测工作的6个核心部分,并探讨了该工作的物联网介入路径,提出需要进一步完善的环节,以期增强物联网技术在大学生体质健康监测管理工作中的应用,促进体质健康监测引导锻炼、反馈、激励等目标的达成,从而助益大学生体质的提升。
Facing the declining physical fitness of youth students,China attaches great importance to the monitoring and management of college students' physical health. It should become the trend of physique tests of college students to use high technology to ensure the effectiveness of information collection,the standardization of data processing,the accuracy of the test results and the scientific nature of physique tests. The rapid development of the Internet of things technology provides important support for the realization of this trend. With the methods of literature review and induction-deduction,this paper clarifies 6 core parts of physique tests of college students under the Internet of things technology,discusses the intervention paths of this technology,puts forward links requiring improvement so as to enhance the application of Internet of things technology in physique tests of college students,strengthen physical fitness monitoring,and guide students ' exercise,feedback and goal achievement. Therefore,the physical health of college students can be improved.
