活血益气汤联合前列地尔对肾功能衰竭患者营养状况及IL-6、TNF-α的影响

摘要
目的探讨肾功能衰竭患者采取活血益气汤联合前列地尔治疗对营养状况及IL-6、 TNF-α的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月我院收治的60例肾功能衰竭患者,随机分为两组各30例。对照组给予前列地尔治疗,观察组给予前列地尔联合活血益气汤治疗,比较两组治疗前后的营养生化指标、炎性因子及肾功能指标。结果治疗后,观察组的P水平显著低于对照组, Ca、 ALB水平均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IL-6、 TNF-α水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的BUN、 SCr、 24 h尿蛋白定量均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论活血益气汤联合前列地尔治疗肾功能衰竭可有效改善患者的营养生化指标与肾功能指标,降低炎性因子水平,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effects of Huoxue Yiqi decoction combined with alprostadil on the nutritional status, IL-6 and TNF-α in patients with renal failure. Methods 60 patients with renal failure admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with alprostadil, and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Yiqi decoction combined with alprostadil. Before and after treatment, the nutritional and biochemical indicators, inflammatory factors and renal function indicators were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the P level of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the levels of Ca and ALB were significantly higher than those of control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of BUN, SCr and 24-hour urinary protein quantification of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Huoxue Yiqi decoction combined with alprostadil for the treatment of renal failure can effectively improve patients' nutritional and biochemical indicators and renal function indicators, reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, and improve the curative effect.
