摘要
某轨道交通工程预制U型梁,采用一联三片长线先张法施工,因梁型繁多,长度、结构尺寸、钢绞线数量、位置各不相同,施工前应统筹规划、合理配置专用和公用制梁台座类型,从而配置模板、张拉设备,均衡各生产线的生产能力、减少模板调节块配置、减少模板改制时间,保证施工平稳有序、节约经济成本。
        A precast U beam of a rail transit project is constructed by the pretensioning method for three-plate beam. Due to the wide variety of beam types, the length, structure size, number and location of steel strand are different, the construction should be planned as a whole, reasonable allocation of dedicated and public beam pedestal type, so as to configure the template, tension equipment, balance the production capacity of each production line, reduce the template adjustment block configuration, reduce the formwork restructuring time,ensure the smooth and orderly construction, saving economic costs.
