摘要
基于传统型机栽超前支护装置的优缺点,重新设计制造一种新型机載超前支护装置。在继承传统型机载超前支护优点的同时,优化支护装置的结构,使其满足支护强度、长度、高度的要求,优化设计支护装置的液压系统,使之操作灵活、方便。应用ANSYS软件对主要结构件进行有限元强度校核,确保支护装置满足使用要求。
        Based on the advantages and disadvantages of traditional machine-planted advance support device, a new type of machine-loaded advance support device is re-designed and manufactured. While inheriting the advantages of the traditional airborne advance support, the structure of the supporting device is optimized to meet the requirements of support strength, length and height. The hydraulic system of the supporting device is optimized to make it flexible and convenient to operate. The ANSYS software is used to check the strength of the main structural parts in order to ensure that the supporting devices meet the requirements of application.
