存古续新,有限干预:从花园住宅到上海交响音乐博物馆

摘要
以上海中心城区一处由近代花园住宅改造为交响音乐博物馆的工程为例,介绍了上海近代花园住宅特征,并探讨了此类近代花园住宅的更新利用方式。通过修缮加固延续历史建筑使用周期的同时,在保护空间环境特色前提下结合展陈功能新增展廊连通分散的单体,实现观览流线的流畅,并融入原有院落空间。
Taking the project of transforming a garden house into the Symphonic Music Museum in downtown Shanghai as an example, this paper introduces the characteristics of modern garden house in Shanghai, and probes into the renewal and utilization mode of such modern garden house. While maintaining the service cycle of the historic building through renovation and reinforcement, under the premise of protecting the characteristics of the space environment and combining with exhibition functions,new galleries are added to connect the scattered monomers, so as to realize the smooth flow of visitors and integrate into the original courtyard space.
