双歧杆菌乳杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散对小儿腹泻的临床疗效及药理学分析

摘要
目的双歧杆菌乳杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散对小儿腹泻的临床疗效及药理学分析。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在大连金普新区妇幼保健院就诊的小儿慢性腹泻患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组40例,在常规治疗的基础上使用双歧杆菌乳杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组患者治疗后临床有效率。结果试验组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用双歧杆菌乳杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗,明显提高患者临床有效率,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and pharmacological analysis of bifidobacillus lactobacillus in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 in dalian Jin Pu district maternal and child health care of children with 80 cases of patients with chronic diarrhea, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control group, 40 cases treated with conventional treatment group 40 cases,on the basis of the control group using bifidobacterium lactobacillus quadruple living bacterium combined montmorillonite powder treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical effective rate after treatment. Results The clinical efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of bifidobacterium lactobacillus tetrazyme and montmorillonite is effective in improving clinical efficiency and is worthy of clinical promotion.
