摘要
以纳米硅溶胶为成膜物质,重质碳酸钙、云母、钛白粉为颜填料,海泡石和无机纳米改性剂为功能填料,硅酸镁铝为增稠剂,制备无机涂料。探讨了海泡石、无机纳米改性剂用量对成膜性能的影响。结果表明,性能优异的无机涂料配方为:固含量30%,平均粒度22 nm的碱性硅溶胶做成膜物质,海泡石与无机纳米改性剂功能填料占SiO_2的55%和33%,PVC含量49%。
        Using nano-silica sol as film-forming substances,heavy calcium carbonate,mica,titanium dioxide as pigment,meerschaum and inorganic nanometer modifier as functional filler,aluminum magnesium silicate as a thickener to prepare the inorganic coating. Discussing the impact on the amount of sepiolite and inorganic nanometer modifier to film-forming properties. The results showed that the optimized performance of inorganic coating formula were as follows:the solid content of 30%,and the average particle size of 22 nm was the most suitable for the membrane materials. The best effect is sepiolite and inorganic nanometer modifier as functional filler are accounted for 55% and 33% of SiO_2,and the most suitable PVC content was 49%.
