三焦点人工晶状体应用研究的新进展

摘要
临床上已应用二十多年的多焦点人工晶状体(IOL),本质上是双焦点IOL,与远或近距离范围的未矫正视力相比,中距离范围仍然欠缺。三焦点IOL的问世,弥补了以往双焦点IOL在中距离视力方面的缺陷。笔者通过查阅国内外相关文献,对三焦点IOL的分类及特点、主要的三焦点IOL的类型、视觉质量及并发症等最新研究作一综述,以期为患者及相关工作者提供参考。
