地屈孕酮治疗早期先兆流产的临床价值

摘要
目的探讨地屈孕酮在早期先兆流产治疗的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年1月～2018年6月收治的60例早期先兆流产患者作为研究对象,通过区组随机化法分为两组,实验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组实施黄体酮肌内注射治疗,实验组则实施地屈孕酮口服治疗,比较两组治疗成功率、治疗6、7、8、9、10周后血清孕酮(P)水平以及不良反应发生情况的差异。结果实验组治疗成功率为86.67%,与对照组(83.33%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组同组治疗7、8、9、10周后的P水平均高于治疗6周后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间治疗6、7、8、9、10周后血清P水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期先兆流产患者接受地屈孕酮治疗,可取得较好的治疗效果,且其用药较为简单,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the application value of Dydrogesterone in the treatment of early threatened abortion.Methods Sixty patients with early threatened abortion from January 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups by block randomization method,namely experimental group(n=30) and control group(n=30).In the control group,Intramuscular Injection of Progesterone was used,while in the experimental group,oral administration of Dydrogesterone was given.The treatment success rate of the two groups for early threatened abortion patients was compared.The serum progesterone levels 6,7,8,9,and 10 weeks after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The success rate of early threatened abortion patients in the experimental group was 86.67%,which was not significantly different from that in the control group accounting for 83.33%(P>0.05).The serum progesterone levels 7,8,9,and 10 weeks after treatment were higher compared with those 6 weeks after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum progesterone level 6,7,8,9,and 10 weeks after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions did not display statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with early threatened abortion receive dexamethasone treatment can obtain a favorable therapeutic effect,and its medication is simple,safe and reliable.
