ICU过渡期护理模式的应用进展
摘要
重症监护室(ICU)过渡期护理模式的实施是以危重症病人为中心,填补了危重病人从ICU到其他照顾单元的护理缺失,其效果在国外已得到认可。阐述了ICU过渡期护理的形成、概念及发展,以期为我国开展ICU过渡期护理模式提供参考和借鉴。
