摘要

目的分析在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用综合性血液检验的效果及价值。方法抽取110例缺铁性贫血作为甲组,80例地中海贫血作为乙组。对比两组血液检验中的MCH、Hb、RBC、RDW、RBC/MCV、MCV等指标。结果甲组MCHC均低于乙组,但RDW、MCV高于乙组,组间对比存在显著(P<0.05);但两者MCH对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论在贫血鉴别诊断中可借鉴血液中的的MCH、Hb、RBC、RDW、RBC/MCV、MCV等指标,并以此判断临床中的贫血类型,可提高临床对症治疗效果。
        Objective To analyze the effect and value of comprehensive blood test in the differential diagnosis of anemia. Methods 110 cases of iron deficiency anemia were selected as group A and 80 cases of thalassemia as group B.The indexes of MCH, Hb, RBC, RDW, RBC/MCV and MCV were compared between the two groups. Results MCHC in group A was lower than that in group B, but RDW and MCV were higher than that in group B. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05), but there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of anemia, we can refer to the indexes of MCH,Hb, RBC, RDW, RBC/MCV, MCV and so on in the blood, and judge the anemia type in the clinical, which can improve the clinical treatment effect.
