摘要
目的探讨甲基强的松龙注射液联合硫酸镁注射液对支气管哮喘的治疗效果。方法选择该院100例2017年1月—2018年5月支气管哮喘患者。随机分组,每组50例,单一药物组采取甲基强的松龙注射液治疗,两种药物联合组则采取甲基强的松龙注射液+硫酸镁注射液治疗。比较两组支气管哮喘控制率;哮喘症状改善时间、肺功能改善时间;治疗前后患者炎性因子、肺功能;不良反应发生率。结果两种药物联合组支气管哮喘控制率100.00%高于单一药物组70.00%(χ~2=8.744,P<0.05),两种药物联合组哮喘症状改善时间、肺功能改善时间、炎性因子、肺功能相比较单一药物组更好(P<0.05)。两种药物联合组哮喘症状改善时间、肺功能改善时间和单一药物组比较有优势(t=7.923,6.921,P<0.05,两种药物联合组哮喘症状改善时间、肺功能改善时间分别是(7.17±1.47)d、(11.13±0.78)d,而单一药物组哮喘症状改善时间、肺功能改善时间分别是(9.11±1.61)d、(13.13±0.24)d。两种药物联合组和单一药物组不良反应发生率相似(χ2=0.000,P>0.05),其中,单一药物组有1例恶心,1例呕吐以及1例乏力。两种药物联合组有1例恶心,1例呕吐以及1例头晕。结论甲基强的松龙注射液+硫酸镁注射液治疗支气管哮喘效果好。
        Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of methylprednisolone injection combined with magnesium sulfate injection on bronchial asthma. Methods 100 patients with bronchial asthma from January 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in our hospital. Ran-domly, 50 patients in each group, the single drug group was treated with methylprednisolone injection, and the two drug combination groups were treated with methylprednisolone injection + magnesium sulfate injection. The control rate of bronchial asthma was com-pared between the two groups; the time of improvement of asthma symptoms and the time of improvement of lung function; the inflam-matory factors and lung function, the incidence of adverse reactions of patients before and after treatment. Results The control rate of bronchial asthma in the combination of the two drugs was 100.00% higher than that in the single drug group 70.00%(χ2=8.744, P<0.05). The time of improvement of asthma symptoms, the improvement of lung function, the inflammatory factor, and the pulmonary function phase of the two drug combination group were better than the single drug group(P<0.05). The time of improvement of asthma symptoms and the improvement of lung function in the two drug combination group were superior to those in the single drug group(t=7.923, 6.921, P<0.05). The improvement time of asthma symptoms and the improvement time of lung function in the two drug combi-nation groups were(7.17±1.47)d,(11.13±0.78)d, while the improvement time of asthma symptoms and the improvement of lung function in the single drug group were(9.11±1.61)d and(13.13±0.24)d, respectively. The incidence of adverse reactions was similar in the combination of the two drugs and the single drug group(χ~2=0.000, P>0.05), of which 1 case of nausea, 1 case of vomiting and 1 case of fatigue in the single drug group. There was 1 nausea, 1 vomiting, and 1 dizziness in the combination of the two drugs. Conclusion Methylprednisolone injection + magnesium sulfate injection is effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma.
