摘要
产品设计综合评价对于制造企业来说非常重要,是企业进行产品优化更新的重要依据,然而评价信息的获取和科学的评价模型是企业进行产品优化更新的最大障碍。随着大数据应用研究的兴起,从冗杂的网络数据中挖掘有用的信息,进而转化为知识并提供知识服务成为知识管理领域研究的热点。针对企业进行产品设计综合评价中的信息获取及评价模型问题,以文本挖掘技术为基础,运用情感倾向分析技术和LDA主题模型算法进行主题发现的研究。并将主题发现的结果应用于产品评价的知识服务当中,构建了基于网络评论数据的产品设计综合评价模型,并通过实例进行了应用验证。该研究可以有效分析消费者对产品的情感倾向以及对产品的综合评价,丰富企业原有的产品评价手段和评价方法,并为企业提供决策支持。
        The comprehensive evaluation of product design is very important for manufacturing companies and it is an important basis for companies to carry out product optimization and updating. However, evaluation information acquisition and scientific evaluation models are the biggest obstacles for companies to carry out product optimization and updating. With the rise of big data application research,mining useful information from data in tedious network,transforming it into knowledge and providing knowledge services have become a hot topic in the field of knowledge management. The paper aimed at the information acquisition and evaluation model problems in the product design comprehensive evaluation of enterprises. On the basis of text mining technology,the sentiment orientation analysis technology and LDA topic model algorithm was adopted to conduct the research on topic discovery. We applied the results of topic discovery to knowledge services of product evaluation, constructed product design comprehensive evaluation model based on web review data,and verified application by examples. The study can effectively analyze the consumer's sentimental tendencies and comprehensive evaluation of products,enrich the company 's original product evaluation tools and evaluation methods,and provide decision support for enterprises.
