摘要
以暴马丁香种子为试验材料,研究了不同赤霉素浓度(100、200、和400 mg·L~(-1))和浸泡时间(12、24和、48 h)及两者的交互作用对暴马丁香种子萌发的影响。结果表明:赤霉素浓度和浸泡时间对暴马丁香种子的发芽势和发芽率均有显著影响,以赤霉素浓度为200 mg·L~(-1)、浸泡时间为24 h时,暴马丁香种子的发芽势和发芽率最高,分别为49.33%和67.67%;赤霉素浓度和浸泡时间之间存在着显著的交互作用,不同浸泡时间下,赤霉素浓度对暴马丁香种子的发芽势和发芽率的影响程度不同。
        The effects of different gibberellin concentrations(100, 200, and 400 mg·L~(-1)) and soaking time(12, 24, and 48 h) on the geranium clove seeds were studied. Result shows that the concentration of gibberellin and the soaking time have significant effects on the germination potential and germination rate of the seeds of the cloves. The germination potential of the seeds of the cloves is the highest when the concentration of gibberellin is 200 mg·L~(-1) and the soaking time is 24 h. And the germination rate is the highest, being 49.33% and 67.67%; there is a significant interaction between gibberellin concentration & soaking time. Under different soaking time, the degree of concentration of gibberellin on germination potential & germination rate of Syringa reticulata is different.
