摘要
随着基础教育的高质量发展,校长继任者危机日益显现。面对这一危机,澳大利亚尝试以"专业标准"体系建设和专业发展体系的运转探索"破解"之道。这一战略性的工程,力求扭转长期以来的校长"生成"思路,使之进入专业培养与发展之道:科学地设计与实施校长专业发展体系,改变校长素养和能力发展的"碎片化"倾向;凸显组织在校长发展中的地位,强调发挥组织在推动、支持校长专业发展中的积极作用;注重立足学校管理实践的"浸润式"发展,凸显"实践反思"和校本发展的地位和作用。澳大利亚的这一重要尝试,对于解决我国校长发展体系中诸多问题具有重要的启示意义。
        Basic education are confronting the crisis of the successor of principals, while many countries are seeking the way to solve it. Australia tries to solve the crisis by establishing the professional development standards and corresponding development mechanism of principals, which mainly contains the following: Forming the concept of professional development of principals to provide a broad outline of the development of principals, designing and conducting the professional development system of principals scientifically to promote the development of principals, exerting positive functions of organizations such as educational administration department and school to support the development of principals, leading principals to reflect on practice and improve their development. The significant attempt of Australia will do benefit to China both in strengthening principals team construction and promoting professional development of principals
