摘要
根据Euro-NCAP法规要求,建立了某小型纯电动汽车车门有限元模型,利用LS-DYNA进行车辆侧面柱碰仿真分析。分析了车门主要吸能部件的吸能情况,车门内板、外板、防撞梁的应变量以及对应胸部、腿部和盆骨位置关键节点处的侵入量和侵入速度。结果表明:对应各个关键节点处的侵入量和侵入速度均在安全范围内,但明显压缩了该紧凑型车型的乘员逃生空间,可对车门部件进一步优化。
According to the requirements of Euro-NCAP, a finite element model of a small pure electric vehicle door was established, and simulation analysis of pole side impact was carried out by using LS-DYNA. The energy absorption condition of main energy absorbing parts of car door was analyzed. The strain of the inner door plate, the outer plate and anti-collision beam were analyzed, as well as the invasion and invasion speed at the key nodes of the chest, leg and pelvis. The results show that the invasion and invasion speed of each key node are within the safe range. However the occupant compartment of the compact model is obviously compressed. The components of the car door can be further optimized.
