临泉县食品卫生监督存在的问题及对策

摘要
近年来,食品安全问题是社会各界关注的焦点,人们买得放心、吃得放心是食品安全问题的重中之重。为完善临泉县在食品卫生方面的安全工作,提高管理水平,本文对临泉县食品卫生监督工作进行了初步调查,并发现了一些问题,如监管软硬件资源不足、公众监督参与途径狭窄、监管法规在基层得不到有效执行等,并提出了相应的对策建议以期解决存在的突出矛盾问题。
        In recent years, food safety has become the focus of attention from all walks of life. People's confidence in eating and eating is the top priority of food safety. In order to improve the safety work of food hygiene in Linquan County and improve the management level, this paper conducted a preliminary investigation on the food hygiene supervision work in Linquan County, and found some problems, such as insufficient supervision software and hardware resources, and narrow access to public supervision. Regulations and regulations are not effectively implemented at the grassroots level, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to solve the outstanding contradictions.
