阴阳调衡透刺电针法治疗经断前后诸证临床观察

摘要
目的:通过阴阳调衡透刺电针法对经断前后诸证临床疗效观察,寻求提高经断前后诸证疗效的新方法。方法:将60例经断前后诸证患者采用随机数字表法分成两组,每组30例,治疗组给予阴阳调衡透刺电针疗法,对照组予以安慰电针疗法,治疗半小时,每天1次,每周6天,连续治疗8周,随访2周。通过统计分析治疗组和对照组的Kupperman Index(KI)及生存质量评分,进行疗效对比。结果:治疗4周后,电针组与安慰组相比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗8周后,电针组疗效明显优于安慰组(P<0.05),随访2周后,疗效基本稳定。结论:疗程较长时阴阳调衡透刺电针疗法较安慰电针疗法疗效明显,短疗程时并不具有优势性。
Objective:Comparative study the clinical efficacy of menopausal syndrome through Yin-Yang balancing penetration pricker therapy of electric acupuncture,to explore new ways to improve the efficacy of menopausal syndrome.Methods:This research will randomly divide 60 patients into two groups of 30 patients.The treatment group will utilize the Yin-Yang balancing penetration pricker therapy of electric acupuncture while the control group will use comfort electric acupuncture therapy,the treatment time is half an hour,one time per day,six days a week,eight weeks of continuous treatment,followed up for two weeks.The researchers will analyse the statistical data by observing the related symptoms scores of both treatment group and the comparison group.Results:There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after four weeks(P<0.05).The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after eight weeks(P<0.05),and the efficacy was basically maintained after treatment after ten weeks.Conclusion:When the course of treatment is longer,the therapeutic effect of Yin-Yang balancing penetration pricker therapy of electric acupuncture therapy is better than comforting electric acupuncture therapy,and does not have the advantage in the short course of treatment.
