青海省农牧区金融排斥影响因素研究

摘要
农村金融在农村经济发展中占有举足轻重的地位,随着国有商业银行实行商业化改革、城乡经济结构二元化显著、三农被边缘化等对农村金融发展造成的严重影响,导致农村金融排斥现象严重。本文从青海农牧区角度出发,通过对农牧区基本情况的简单介绍以及对造成农牧区金融排斥现象的成因进行研究,对如何有效缓解农牧区金融排斥提出对策建议。

With the commercial reform of state-owned commercial banks, the significant dual economic structure of urban and rural areas, and the marginalization of agriculture and agriculture, the rural financial exclusion phenomenon is serious. From the perspective of Qinghai agriculture and pastoral areas, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to effectively alleviate the financial exclusion of farming and pastoral areas by simply introducing the basic situation of farming and pastoral areas and studying the causes of financial exclusion.
