膨胀管斜向器在开窗侧钻中的研究与应用

摘要
为了解决常规机械开窗导斜器在使用中存在的悬挂力小,固定不牢固、容易松动,导斜面容易出现下滑等问题,研制了新型膨胀管斜向器。膨胀管斜向器由膨胀管锚定器及导斜开窗一体化工具两大部分组成,具有密封可靠、锚定力大、开窗可精确定位的优点,且在座斜向器前减少打水泥塞工序。在明416井的应用表明,与同类产品相比,该斜向器更加安全牢固,开窗施工顺利,值得大面积推广应用。
In order to solve the problems of low hanging force,easy loosing,easy glissadding in conventional casing whipstock.we has developed a new rexpandable casing whipstock.The rexpandable casing whipstock included rexpandalbe anchor and Integration tools of Guide ramp and window cutting,which is Reliable sealing,large Anchoring force,accurately positioned,and less the cementing plug before casing whipstock seating.The application in ming 416 well shows that,the rexpandable casing whipstock is more security and firm,and more smoothly in window cutting,compared with similar products.It is worthy of large scale applications.
