摘要

宾夕法尼亚大学创新工厂通过为创业大学生提供物理空间和科研设施等服务支持,促进了高校创新创业人才培养,形成了浓育的创业文化,在高校孵化器建设模式和孵化体系上取得了很多成功经验。分析美国宾夕法尼亚大学创新工厂的运行模式和特色活动,总结我国高校孵化器的现状和特点,并提出宾夕法尼亚大学创新工厂对我国高校孵化器建设的启示,是十分必要的。
        The innovation works of University of Pennsylvania(Upenn hereinafter) have created a unique culture of entrepreneurship in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship-oriented talents by offering services involving physical space and scientific and technical facilities. In the paper below,an analysis was made of the successes and the operation and feature events of the innovation works,followed by a summary of current development and features of university incubators in China as well as the inspirations of Upenn's innovation works upon China's universities.
