使用导向型产品服务系统设计研究

摘要
针对物质产品的同质过剩问题、生态环境和能源日益恶化问题,力求将需求、生产、生态等要素进行整合,探索有效可行的产品与服务融合的系统解决方案。通过使用导向型产品服务系统的研究现状与可行性分析,明确了需要解决的问题,以基于产品使用的服务功能为设计目标,以用户使用体验为关注重点,从系统的角度出发,提出需求获取、功能设计、方案设计的产品服务系统设计流程和方法,并以自助洗衣服务系统设计案例进行了应用验证。实现了用户、企业和生态环境共生共赢的使用导向型产品服务系统设计思路,为可持续发展相关研究与应用提供参考和启示。
In response to the problem of homogeneity of material products and the deterioration of the ecological environment and energy,we strive to integrate the elements of demand,production and ecology,and to explore systematic,effective and feasible solutions to the integration of products and services. Through the research status and feasibility analysis of the product-oriented service system,the problems that need to be solved are clarified. The service function based on the use of the products is the goal of the design,and the experience of the users is the focus of attention. From a systematic perspective,the paper proposes the following design processes and methods of the service system of the products: to obtain according to the demand,functional and schematic design. These can be testified by the case of self-service laundry service system. It realizes the design idea of use-oriented product service system with symbiosis and win-win cooperation among users,enterprises and ecological environment,and provides reference and enlightenment for the research,application and sustainable development.
