布朗教育政策中心是布鲁金斯学会专门用来为美国教育提供政策建议的部门。布朗教育政策中心在美国长期参与教育政策研究,并在教育政策研究方面有巨大的影响力。从美国布朗教育政策中心的实践来看,该智库以提供高质量的研究为使命,以合理的人才管理、多元化的资金来源及畅通的沟通渠道为运行机制;就研究重点而言,主要在数据分析与评估、学生学习成就、教育政策评价三个方面为政府教育政策制定提供专业化的研究服务。
