摘要
SSE是影响辐射测温的一个重要因素,为了研究辐射测温光学系统在减小SSE影响上的作用,设计了工作波段为0.8~1.2μm的近红外辐射温度计的实验光学系统;该系统结构的组成元件少,主要包括红外物镜和分光镜,因而便于实验过程变量的控制。同时在满足通光量的要求下,在光学系统的特殊位置,设计了3个不同尺寸的孔径光阑,以研究不同位置不同孔径下光学系统克服SSE影响的效果;通过实验结果分析,得出孔径光阑的位置和尺寸大小在克服SSE的影响时起着重要作用,在测试1 000℃时,将孔径光阑设置在探测器附近,测试温度的温度偏差减小了3℃。
        SSE is a key factor affecting radiation temperature measurement. In order to study the role of an optical system in reducing the effects of SSE,an optical system of near infrared radiation thermometer operating at 0. 8 ~ 1. 2 μm wavelength band was designed. The componerts of the system were simple,mainly including the infrared objective lens and spectroscope,so that it was very convenient to control the experimental variables. To meet the requirements of light amount,three aperture diaphragms of different sizes were designed on the special position of the optical system to study the important effects of SSE. The experimental results show that the position and size of an aperture diaphragm play an important role in reducing the impact of SSE. At 1 000 ℃,when the aperture diaphragm was located near the detector,the temperature deviation will reduce 3 ℃.
