摘要
综述了国内外超声波激励液态钎料钎焊和超声波激励固态母材钎焊两种超声波辅助钎焊形式的研究进展状况,介绍了超声波激励液态钎料钎焊中超声波电烙铁钎焊、超声波预涂覆钎焊、超声波盐浴钎焊、高频激光调制超声波钎焊等方法及其特性,重点分析了超声波激励固态母材钎焊中采用不同钎料合金钎焊不同材料的研究动态,最后提出了今后超声波辅助钎焊研究的发展方向。
        The development of two kinds of ultrasonic-assisted soldering technique is summarized at home and broad,including ultrasonic on the liquid solder and ultrasonic on the solid base method. The method and feature of ultrasonic-assisted iron soldering / ultrasonic-assisted precoated brazing / ultrasonic-assisted salt bath brazing /high-frequency laser modulation ultrasonic-assisted soldering are introduced. The case about different materials brazed with filler metal by ultrasonic-assisted on solid base metal is analyzed emphatically. The characteristic and performance of different ultrasonic-assisted soldering method are analyzed,finally the prospect of ultrasonicassisted soldering technique is forecast.
