滇西边境山区中小学道德教育“困难性”的研究

摘要
调查发现,滇西边境山区中小学德育取得了明显成效。但也存在问题,滇西边境山区中小学受下列突出问题的叠加影响,凸显了该区域学校道德教育的"困难性":道德教育目标与学生品德实际之间的"距离感"、学生对学校道德教育的"接受性障碍"、不同渠道道德教育之间的"离散性"、教师道德示范作用的弱化、中小学道德教育的实效性较低、中小学道德教育的"应试化"色彩较浓厚。消解滇西边境山区中小学德育"困难性"的策略:优化德育要素、强化教师"育德"意识和能力、充分发挥教学主渠道的作用、构建区域性道德教育合力。
It has been found that the moral education in primary and middle schools in the border areas of Western Yunnan has made remarkable achievements,but there are also problems.The superposition of these outstanding problems has highlighted the difficulty of school moral education in the border areas of Western Yunnan:the"distance"between the goal of moral education and the morality of students;students'"receptive barriers"to school moral education;the"discreteness"of moral education among different channels;the weakening of teacher's moral demonstration role,the low effectiveness of moral education,and seriously"examination oriented"of moral education in primary and middle schools".The strategy of dispelling the difficulty of moral education in primary and middle schools in border areas of Western Yunnan is to optimize the elements of moral education,strengthen the consciousness and ability of teachers to develop their morality,give full play to the role of the main channel of teaching,and build up the resultant force of regional moral education.
