摘要
校园欺凌现象在我国中小学校园里频频发生,对青少年学生身心发展造成了极大危害,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。美国校园欺凌预防策略的立法、干预体系、心理辅导制度、网络媒体力量等方面的特点,对我国中小学校园欺凌的预防在宏观和微观上提供了重要启示。尤其是基于生态系统理论的美国校园欺凌防治策略,在国家及社会层面、学校层面、家庭层面和学生自我层面为我国中小学校园欺凌的防治策略提供了有益借鉴。
        Bullying occurs frequently in primary and middle schools of China. It has aroused great concern of the whole society as it is of great harm to school boys and girls, both physically and psychologically. In the USA, effective bullying prevention measures have been taken in legislature, the interference system, psychology counsel, the Internet, the media and other aspects. These measures can be of useful references to us in both macro and micro terms, especially the campus bullying preventive and control strategies based on the ecological system theory that advocate combined efforts from all parties concerned-the society, the school, the family and the school boys and girls themselves.
