后腹腔镜下输尿管膀胱再植术临床应用研究

摘要
目的:探讨后腹腔镜下输尿管膀胱再植术的手术方法及临床价值。方法:51例患者分为2组:27例行后腹腔镜下输尿管膀胱再植术,24例行经腹的腹腔镜下输尿管膀胱再植术。比较两组在手术时间、出血量、术后住院时间、术后并发症发生率及肾积水缓解率等方面差异是否有统计学意义。结果:所有患者均成功进行手术,两组在手术时间、出血量、住院时间、并发症及术后肾积水缓解率等方面差异均无统计学意义。结论:腹腔镜下输尿管膀胱再植术安全、有效,是一种有益的探索。
Objective:To research the surgical techniques and clinical effects of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureteroneocystostomy.Method:Fifty-one patients were divided into two groups,27 patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureteroneocystostomy while 24 patients underwent transperitoneal laparoscopic ureteroneocystostomy.We compared the operation time,blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,complications and the clinical effects between the two groups.Result:All patients were operated successfully.There was no significant difference on the operation time,blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,complications and the clinical effects between the two groups.Conclusion:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureteroneocystostomy is an effective and safe option.
