摘要
阐述了上海135MW汽轮发电机定子线圈绝缘故障处理过程,分析了定子线圈绝缘低的原因及现场检查处理方法、效果,提出了防止发电机结垢造成线棒堵塞的建议,介绍了在下次机组大修中进行定、转子流量测试,对今后处理类似问题有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the insulation fault treatment process of the stator coil of 135 MW turbogenerator in Shanghai in detail and analyzes the reasons for the low insulation of the stator coil and the on-site inspection and treatment methods and effect.At the same time,it puts forward the suggestions for preventing the blockage of the wire rod caused by the fouling of the generator,and introduces the measurement of the stator and rotor flow in the next overhaul of the unit.It has some reference significance for dealing with similar problems in the future.
