护理风险管理在呼吸内科护理中的应用及效果评价

摘要
目的研究护理风险管理对呼吸内科病患的发生风险概率及护理满意度的影响。方法把在本科室接受治疗的病患作为本研究对象,从中选取190例病患随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组的95例病患采用传统护理,观察组的95例病患采用护理风险管理。经过一段时间的护理之后,收集两组护理后的数据进行分析。结果对照组发生风险情况的概率是5.17%,观察组发生风险情况的概率是0.69%;对照组的病患对护理的满意度是84.7%,观察组的病患对护理的满意度是98.3%。对照组与观察组通过比较得到的数据是有相关统计意义的(P<0.05)。结论呼吸内科护理中了可能会出现的风险情况有:伴随的疾病、医护人员的护理情况、药品的使用情况、病房的环境情况等。针对这些经常出现的护理风险,采取相应的解决方法,这样可以有效的减少风险事件的产生,进而可以有效的改善医患关系。
Objective to analyze the application and effect of nursing risk management in respiratory medicine nursing.Methods the patients receiving treatment in our hospital were selected as the objective of this study, and 190 patients were divided into control group and observation group. Control group of 95 cases of patients using common way of nursing, the observation group, 95 cases of patients nursing risk management, after a period of nursing, the two groups of nursing after the data were collected for analysis. Results the risk was 5.17% in the control group and 0.69% in the observation group.The patients in the control group had an 84.7 percent satisfaction with nursing, and the patients in the observation group were98.3 percent. The comparison between the control group and the observation group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion there are some risks in the nursing of respiratory medicine: the accompanying diseases, the nursing situation of medical staff, the use of drugs, the environment of the ward, etc. In view of these frequent nursing risks, the corresponding solution is adopted to effectively reduce the occurrence of risk events, thus effectively improving the doctor-patient relationship.
